So have we, which is why we created one. We call it The Meeting Place.

At The Meeting Place, we have created a dedicated space where people can meet, connect, work, and grow. We believe that fostering an innovative community can help our clients and those they serve thrive in achieving their goals.

The Meeting Place is in a secured building located in the heart of downtown Olympia. With free parking, The Meeting Place is easily accessible with convenient freeway access, only two minutes from Interstate 5, we are on the regional bus lines, and within a mile of Washington's Capitol Campus.

While The Meeting Place is not the largest facility in the region, we are adaptive, innovative, and likely just big enough to accommodate the needs of most entrepreneurs, nonprofits, governmental entities, and businesses who require a dedicated meeting space to use when the need arises.

The Meeting Place features two meeting rooms with seating for 15 to 40 people and convenient and comfortable lounge areas for coffee breaks. The Meeting Place's spacious, comfortable, and accommodating meeting rooms provide a relaxed and productive environment to collaborate, brainstorm, and discuss ideas.

The Meeting Place has state-of-the-art audio/visual (AV) equipment and provides the fastest Wi-Fi via Comcast Business. Instead of screens and projectors, we have two 65" Samsung TVs, adapters, and, if needed, an HD camera and multi-directional microphone. Just in case, we have whiteboards available for use as needed.

Our smaller, private conference room / classroom rents for $150.00 per day and includes all the above amenities. The room has five tables with 15 chairs.

Our larger, open conference room / classroom rents for $200.00 per day and includes all the above amenities. The room has ten tables with 30 chairs, and a podium. If some tables are removed, the space will seat up to 40 people.
