The Meeting Place

At The Meeting Place (TMP), we have created a dedicated space where people can meet, connect, work, and grow. We believe that fostering an innovative community can help our clients and those they serve thrive in achieving their goals.

TMP is in a secured building located in the heart of downtown Olympia. With free parking, TMP is easily accessible with convenient freeway access, only two minutes from Interstate 5, we are on the regional bus lines, and within a mile of Washington's Capitol Campus.

While TMP is not the largest facility in the Greater Olympia Region, we are adaptive, innovative, and likely just big enough to accommodate the needs of most entrepreneurs, nonprofits, governmental entities, and businesses who require a dedicated meeting space to use when the need arises.

TMP features various meeting rooms with seating for 6 to 40 people and convenient and comfortable lounge areas for coffee breaks. TMP's spacious, comfortable, and accommodating meeting rooms provide a relaxed and productive environment to collaborate, brainstorm, and discuss ideas.

TMP has state-of-the-art audio/visual (AV) equipment, including a large display screen and video conferencing capabilities, ensuring you can connect and work seamlessly.

TMP provides the fastest Wi-Fi via Comcast Business, and instead of screens and projectors, we can offer two 65" Samsung TVs, adapters, and, if needed, an HD camera and multi-directional microphone. We have several whiteboards are also available for your use as needed.

Have you been searching for a quiet location in a professional setting to meet with your clients? TMP features a meeting room that is designed to accommodate your needs. Our Client Meeting Room includes a table with six chairs and rents for $15.00 per hour.

If you want somewhere to work that isn't home or a coffee shop, TMP also has an available office with a large desk and all the same amenities. This rents for $35.00 per day. 

Our classroom includes up to ten tables with 30 chairs and a podium. If some tables are removed, this space will accommodate up to 40 people. It rents for $40.00 per hour and includes all the above amenities.

The larger conference room can be set up as a classroom, seminar, or workshop space. The tables can be rearranged into various configurations to suit your group's needs. This room is perfect for training or retreats where people can be together, working, learning, and collaborating.
